The 2025 tour is being held on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

Join us at the Marketplace before and/or after seeing the kitchens on the tour. The marketplace has raffle baskets, bake sale, accessories sale, and several boutique vendors.
Marketplace hours are 9:30 to 3:00. Basket winners can retrieve their baskets from 3:30 to 6:00.
At the Marketplace parking lot, you can purchase lunch from Los Gingos Tacos (Food Truck) from 10 am to 3 pm (or until sold out),

1. New Construction Town Home

Town Center Associates is giving you a “first look” at this 3 bedroom and 2 ½ bath town home. The interior designers for this home are Jackie Thorton and Nelson Kitchen & Bath. For today’s event, AK Nahas has staged the kitchen appliances to show how the kitchen could look once completed. The future owner will be able to incorporate the final touches. Town Center Associates welcomes the opportunity to make this town home yours.

2. Outdoor Kitchen and Entertainment Area

The Ankrom family has been part of the Beaver community since 1989. This 4-Square home was built in 1910. The outdoor kitchen and entertainment area are part of a larger renovation that also added a main floor bedroom and bath. Greg Allen Building and Remodeling from Mt. Lebanon was the builder. The outdoor area incorporates a variety of salvaged materials from a barn that was located in Slippery Rock Township, PA.
Mario and Jon Palaich are your chefs at this site today.

3. Extensive Renovation Includes a New Kitchen, Deck, and Patio

Owners: Philip, Beverly, and Adam Pietrandrea
The extensive renovation required more than a year to complete. The renovation included the kitchen, a first-floor addition, primary bedroom and bath, new back deck, and new landscaping. Several professionals contributed to this renovation:
- Joe Hammel: the kitchen and primary bath
- V&J Contracting: the addition and deck
- JB Concrete: the patio
- Classic Lawncare: the landscape.
This kitchen is a Pennsylvania State-inspected kitchen. The homeowners, Adam and Beverly, bake and sell nut rolls, lady locks, and other baked items. Christmas orders are due by November 1, 2025. To reserve your baked goods, call (724) 713-2337

4. Modern Farmhouse with Unique Materials

Owners: Richard and Vanessa Doughty
This Richwell Custom Home was completed in 2021. The cabinets were made by Alam’s Home and Hardware of Aliquippa. The quartz countertops are by Youngstown Granite and Quartz from Beaver Falls. The fireplace mantel is reclaimed from an Amish barn in Lisbon, OH. Dan, Richwell’s carpenter, handmade the great room ceiling beams, the office built-ins, and the kitchen vent hood.
Richard and Vanessa have lovingly curated many handmade items from artists. Your AAUW house chair looks forward to telling you more.
