This historic Victorian home was built on or before 1900. This is called a Painted Lady due to the variety of colors (8). The house was painted by the local Victorian painter, Rick Granati. The Maitlands bought the house in August 2019 and took 18 months to complete a full restoration. Brian completed all renovations including this kitchen renovation. 2. Historic Felicity Farms Bed and Breakfast

2075 Dutch Ridge Road – Brighton Township PA

Owner: (Margaret) Anne Mayerich, see https://www.felicityfarms.com

This home is always a crowd-pleaser. The Country French kitchen was created in 1997 as part of Anne’s extensive renovation to create her bed and breakfast. This last renovation required six months to complete. The original four-room house was built in 1786 by John Strawbridge, a Revolutionary War officer with George Washington. The house was situated on 386 acres. The house was moved to the top of the hill in 1905 and the first of two additions was completed in 1907. In 1937, the second addition was added.

Note: When visiting this home, please enter using the entrance with the Felicity Farms sign and labeled as 2075 Dutch Ridge Road. To exit, continue to the lower entrance (labeled with house number 2005).
