Meetings and Programs
GUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO ATTEND ANY OF OUR GENERAL MEETINGS.
RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY REQUIRED FOR LUNCHEONS.
Our branch meetings are held at Vanport Presbyterian Church, 289 Georgetown Lane, Beaver.
Meetings in October, November, December, and April are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7 pm unless otherwise noted. Social time begins at 6:30 pm. Meetings in February and March are held on the first Saturday of the month at 10 am. Social time begins at 9:30 am.
In September, we hold our fall kickoff brunch, and in May, we hold our scholarship luncheon. See newsletter for dates and reservation information.
Our general membership meetings may be changed to online via Zoom if necessary.

They are a Pittsburgh-based chapter of Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop four-part harmony. We all need more information on how to protect ourselves from internet scams. Kristi Farrow has over 27 years of professional military and defense industry experience, specializing in cryptologic communications, and intelligence systems. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Cybersecurity Management. Kristi is currently the faculty lead for CCBC’s Cybersecurity Program and teaches cybersecurity, computer forensics, and other information technology courses.

The Holocaust: Poland Personally in conjunction with Classroom Without Borders – Pamala Learn and Whitney Conjeski
Join mother-daughter Beaver County educators, Pamala Learn and Whitney Conjeski for a deeply moving presentation. They’re involvement in “Classrooms Without Borders Speaker Series – Breaking Down Borders through Education,” has led them to share their recent travels to Poland with a Holocaust Survivor, Howard Chandler, retracing his early life before the war and his experiences during the war. Using a video presentation, they will share their experience as well as educate us on the “Classrooms Without Borders” program which is based in Pittsburgh. The trip is life-changing and sharing the experience will propel the listener into a quest for a deeper understanding of what it means to be human in inhumane environments.
